Remember to Breathe

A PANIC ATTACK — I’m not a panic attack kind of a person.
Then I remembered Yoga With Adriene and how she talked about breathing. “Breathing in 4, hold…exhale.”
So I focused on my breathing. Breathe in. Breathe out.
Eventually my body and mind became calm. Whew.
It reminded me that some people believe breathing is a spiritual practice. Breathing is underrated.
