Cleaning Station by Natalie Kim

I created a cleaning station to wipe our groceries down. There is a drawing of Clorox wipes, 2 red apples, a box of crackers

It occurred to me it was a very important to make our minds clean.

As my therapist says: “Control the inputs.”

One person has positive thoughts and another person has a worried, fearful mindset. A calm mind is ready for right action.

We must guard our minds. Our whole reality is based on things we allow in our minds.
